It may be the PSX game following on from the Strike series on the Sega MD and the SNES where you control an attack helicopter in an isometric game play style of 3D going around blasting enemy tanks, soldiers and other aircraft

Nope, I have an awesome suit now, three-piece with a tie-that-has-a-rainbow-trout-printed-on-it. And some sunglasses.

Altogether it makes me look like an old fashioned MIB Agent with a sense of humour.
